What is the most cost effictive armor to maintain? (Mid in game story)

So, I'm at mid game in the story and about to go to great swamp looking for ClearSky base.
Main mission already tells you that you should have armor with decent psi protection and most SEVA suits fits the description.
Until this moment, I was using Wind of Freedom suits all this time because of lead container.
But, I think I'm at the point where I should ditch this finally move on to better armor.

Question is, I do have variety of mid tier armor and SEVA-D suit.
But, I have a feeling that repair cost ain't gonna be pretty.

So, my question is.... If I where to use mid to high tier armor, lets say... like SEVA suits.
What is the most cost effective and cheep to maintain mid to end game armor?
I really like to hear you guys your opinion on this, I have a impression that everybody just running around with most expensive armor they could get a hands on.
Like Diamond Exoskeleton, Warden Sevasuits (Pegasus armor?), X-Suits or Sparker armor...

Me, personally like to know most cost effective SEVA suits types, if there's any.

But, if you are to save some coupons for most rainy days I'm pretty sure there gotta be a cost effective armor out there with decent stats like warden armor for early game.

I wore the SEVA-D suit to the Swamps and found it to be fully adequate. It's honestly been my go to suit since I fully upgraded it (after picking it up on the Cage I picked away at upgrading over several sessions) shortly before then.

I've found repair costs to be manageable, but try to always keep it at 90% of better.

However, if you bought either the Deluxe ed, or the Ultimate one I'd advice against upgrading the SEVA too much as there's a better one down at CS base - but ONLY if you have other than the base game.

I went to the swamps with a tactical helmet and the zircon suit. Had no issues. Had to pop a psi-block for a controller enemy at one point, but that was about it. Hell, I'm still using that armor for the 5 artifact slots, 2 of em lead
