What a stupid game !!

Firstly let me say - I'm not trying to start an argument so if you're enjoying the game then good for you and leave this discussion.

Secondly - Im 60 years plus and played the first 3 games and enjoyed them ... mostly.

Playing through STALKER 2 I've got as far as the SIRCAA base and while Ive enjoyed the atmosphere and sound I find Im not a big fan of the look of the Unreal engine but what really turns me off is the stupidity of the story and the dialogue.

Ive been making my way around this very detailed and vast game world going from A to B ... NOT because of compelling and coherent story that drives me on to finding a satisfactory resolution but because there's a marker on the map and a quest in my PDA that says "go here".

At the SIRCAA base a big fight breaks out and I just want to get out of there and I dont want to help anyone because they're all ****ing idiots. If the situation were real I would take the two hundred grand Ive amassed and get the **** out of there. Ive saved the game and closed it and I seriously cannot think of a good reason to go finish it which is pretty disappointing since it cost me nearly £50

The game isn't for everyone. But its by far the best Stalker game I've played. Wished they would make more like this instead of all the 3rd person crap out their. GOTY.

I agree, but the dumb dialogues in the game didn’t bother me that much. What really pushed me over the edge was the last patch that broke the gameplay. This game simply wasn’t worth the 100 euros I spent, it feels like I just threw that money away.

I’ve also noticed that these kinds of bots immediately start digging through your account, snooping around, trying to shame you or gain some sort of advantage. So funny and disgusting at the same time. Stay cautious.

He did get outed on another thread where he claimed Stalker 2 could potentially destroy your computer's hardware. One poster there said Mike had one friend, and that friend was Russian Federation. In this case, there's logic behind that. Level 0 Steam user with one friend. Immediately after, Mike made his profile private. Enjoy those hard earned rubes Mike.
