To each their own I guess. I will never replay this game because of the swamp level and the invisible mutants. It's just annoying and frustrating to no end.
If it's a game you find you really enjoy, I think it's definitely replayable - but that really comes down to the player.
It does the OG Stalker thing, and makes you figure out most things. However, if one bothers to put the cursor over items and read them, most information is available. Some game mechanics you just have to figure out as you go.
Out of the frying pan and into the fire is the approach.
Replayability is iffy, if you want to go full vanilla on 2nd playthrough then not so much, because there are not that many choices that affect the ending, and if you didn't have a save before the first choice then you will have to replay everything up to that moment if you start modding then it might get refreshed enough to go for 2nd run.
Replayability is very high, you can choose different paths during the gameplay according to your choices/actions, plus hundreds of mods already out that you can add, and a countless number yet to be released after GSC delivers the SDK.
