Mutant pulled gun off me, couldn't find it?
When mutants pull your gun away is there a chance its destroyed/ lost? Mutant pulled my SPAS away and I couldn't find it on the ground anywhere.

It usually drops right at your feet. Or very close. But at night or in the dark they can be hard to find. The light we have is like a candle.

It should by lying around somewhere.

Use Skif's pistol. They can't pull that weapon away. Load it with AP rounds.

Yeah ive had that happen to me. Saw my SPAS shotgun disappear in front of me before touching the ground.
This happens, you must keep your eyes on the gun the second it leaves your hand, especially at night.

yeah this happened to me to. I was inside cave and couldnt find the shotgun anywhere near my feet

Leave it lying around long enough and the cheeky breeki will use it against you too.

They love doing this :) It's even more fun when you face off against 2 or 3 of the cheeky buggers.
As another post said use Skif's pistol and duck behind cover when it is glowing - pop out and shoot or throw grenades.

best way to kill burrers is wait for it to come around a corner and just hammer it with shotgun, Do not try to kill it at a distance because of its shield block

Skiffs pistol they cant pull away, just as the knife, but they fixed the knife as 2 strokes of the knife would kill a burer.

I had one time that a Burur pulled a gun out of my hands (think it was a Spa also) and it fell trough the ground, maybe thats what you had also.
If you avoid line of sight he can never pull it away.

Skif's pistol with AP ammo is the best. I took out three of them in a row at a lab with that. No other weapons around, so it wasn't shooting at me and I went right up to it and waited until it was not glowing and kept firing until the glow started. In not too long, all were dead and little to no damage to me. If they get nearby weapons, then need to play hide & seek with 'em when they're glowing. With Skif's pistol, they really aren't hard. I haven't tried the knife yet, but definitely will when I get a chance.

I also lost an AR416 early in the game at the train maintenance facility. The jerk took my weapon and it went somewhere... I never found it. Spent a half hour looking for it.

They can make you drop the weapon through level geometry, effectively robbing you of the weapon.

If you're encountering a burer either do it in open space or aim towards open space when weapon is being pulled from you. If it's pulled when you're close to walls/objects there's like 60% chance it'll get stuck in geometry and either be pushed out or through it.
