FSR 3 Frame Gen does not work

I stopped playing stalker 2 when I started having a memory leak where my VRAM on my 4090 would go all the way up to 22GB over time and then the game would drop to 30 FPS and the only way to fix it was to restart the game so I decided to buy Indiana Jones and the great circle and wait for some patches

After beating that game and going back to stalker 2 am I sad to see DLSS and frame gen still has the issue which I have narrowed it down to because when I use FSR 3.1 the VRAM stays locked to max of 10GB and no fps crashes. I’d like to enable FSR frame gen for a little boost but sadly on my 4090 the FSR FrameGen toggle has no effect on FPS and is not working

Your on a 4090 you can use the DLSS framegen, the FSR3 Framegen is for Nvidia 3000 or older or AMD cards, I'm on a 3070 and mine went from 35 - 40 to 70 - 80fps

I've heard of a mod called OptiScaler that might do what you need.
