like a moth to a flame
im stuck at the part where i have to report to the base commander, anyone know a fix for this? seems like its bugged

I've fixed a couple of broken quests with a console command to restart the quest. It was a different quest. The bug was a missing important NPC. Restarting the quest spawned him.
