Harp Artifact

Anyone know where an Anomaly or Scanner that has a better chance to drop one might be?
It's an Electrical, but I've been to 5 different spots and cant seem to get one to spawn.
Mission for Sidorovich, but it just seems to be a wild goose chase and not worth the effort.

RNG is your enemy, always. I have even had a few cases of getting artifacts for different anomaly types sometimes.

"oh boy, a medium rad resist!... Wait this was the gravity daredevil anomaly. The item literally says they drop at acid anomalies, what?"

What you should do is stockpile artefacts before taking on any missions that involve hunting them.
It is 100% RNG whether you'll find a harp in any electrical anomaly. Just regularly check an easy to navigate anomaly cluster after each emission, and you'll succeed eventually.
