1.1.3 Patch is BROKEN

1. Shader compilation do not work for me.
2. Game started to crash and frozen since 1.1.2
3. Inventory flickering when moving items
4. NPC spawns infinity in some areas
5. Mutants spawn in ENORMOUS numbers (about 10 SNORKS near me)
6. Stalker process stuck in task manager when app is closed

Have you tried just uninstalling and installing the game fresh with the patch?

Welp, at least you can get into the game. My 147hr save just crashes as soon as I try loading it (along with every autosave from the last ~7hrs before the latest one). With or without mods.
I'm seriously considering downloading a pirated copy of the game ver 1.1.0 to finish it seeing as I'm already at the point of no return missions in Pripyat...

Played Stalker 2 for like 63 hours before the major update 1.1 and another 6-7 hours with that version. Now, maybe an hour in Pripyat, the game crashes whenever I load a save file (manual, automatic, quicksave - same thing). Sometimes I can enter the world but after a few steps, it crashes.

Patch 1.1.3 did not help, removing mods did not help, deleting temp data did not help. Not even loading an old save works anymore. Very frustrating because I really like the game and had only minor issues until now :(

My Game is broken since 1.1.3 and now i am very unhappy ;)
And i have a Vanilla Stalker 2.


After the patch to version 1.1.3 I reinstalled my graphics driver because it was also necessary after the update to 1.1.2. This did not help this time.

Swarm of rats is fine, two pseudogiants does sound weird.

Did you previously use any A-Life mods? If you did, they can break things for a while until the game finishes spitting out the "queue" of A-life spawns that the mods racked up.

Guys, GSC - just kill this patch.. There are more troubles than before it, Now there is no Load saves (but they still present locally), more crashes... After the hours of playing now it is a hard stop.

Did you all install a new game and not the 100G "patch" over bad version 1 game files? I reinstalled a new game and the updates and I am having minimal, if not zero, problems. A hitch here or there right now. Not bragging, just saying what I did to enjoy the game.

I run the EPIC version but come here because these forums are more active. I just ignore the trolls and baiters if I can.
I use EPIC because my Steam account was hacked and I lost money so Steam doesn't get my wallet at all.

Uninstall and Reinstall the game, leave the Shader Cache alone.

If you have Nvidia uninstall the Nvidia App, its causing problem with all UE5 games from lower Frame Rate to BSOD.
