Quest: "A Minor Incident" mutant collar bug in Detention Center

In this quest Richer ask me for get a collar from a mutant, but I already investigate all the building and I find nothing here.

I already reload the game before getting the mission and still I can't find the collar in the marked zone no matter what.

Also, when you DO complete it and need to take it to Richter he has no marker, but is actually in one of the buildings where you are meant to find the mutant/collar.

Try searching the net as I've seen info on this while looking for my missing NPC issue.

The pyrogeist was eliminated, no collar found, I hear a beep beep in the entrance and still no collar, maybe I cand look for more mutants in different places, but I was expecting to find the item in the suggested point.

I already send a ticket.
