Where to repair late game?
Done the SIRCAA part, on way to chem plant, but dunno where to go repair at this point...

Just follow main quest line and you gonna find a new camp

SIRCAA isn't late game. Yaniv, Rostock, Rookie Village, Sultansk, and Prypiat are always open. Other bases may be closed because of game events or because of the side you took. You can always enter and leave Malachite through the secret entrance even when they are hostile to you.
