Dark Times Bugged - PLEASE HELP ME

Anyone got a clue how to fix the Mainquest "Dark times"

Found out its this mission: E10_MQ01 "Dark Times"

Mission progress is "Find Information about the doctor" --> when i talk to Arkhyp Lichen he says "Cant you see im busy, later ok" and the guy (Hornet) upstairs is bugging and just says "Buzz off".

I Dont know at what time it worked and dont want to go back very far in save games...

Same problem here but I have read that completing the side quest collecting collars will activate it or wait for another emission which is supposed to happen when you arrive

I have the same problem and can no longer play the game or the story because I can't talk to the tup.

I have same issue, so am going to other settlments to complete side quests while I wait for a patch or work around.

I completed this quest already choosing to deactivate all the collars, no change.

Figured out how to fix this...
1. Download developers Console Mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/stalker2heartofchornobyl/mods/64?tab=description
2. Start Game and Load your Save ... In Game then open the console with ~ or ^ or F10 (or me with german layout it´s F10). Console shows up in the bottom
3. CopyPaste in the console: XStartEmission
4. Press Enter to confirm
5. CopyPaste in the console: XDKFinishQuest E10_MQ01 true
6. Press Enter to confirm
8. Wait until Emission ends ... Now he will answer you... :)

Completing the side quest you mentioned didn't help in this case - at least in my case

after i did D4dDys work around to get it started now im stuck with examine grays death scene and find the spot where tundra was shot not progressing the mission ive been to both reloaded restarted everything but the mission just wont progress to the village.

Edit. i just checked on google where the mission goes and talked to the merc and got next objective though the previous markers are still visible and the mission just says "completed" but atleast i can progress past this buggy mess of a mission.

I had this same bug. You have to wait for the emission to end. I waited outside of the dome until you hear the emission warning. Then it will send you to a small cave, run there and wait out the storm. Go back to the dome and complete the mission.
