Whats the worst enemy to fight in your opinion?

For me its the poltergeist's every time. I'd much rather fight a controller or a pseudo-giant. If there is a stash protected by a poltergeist, 90% of the time I just ignore it unless it's a specialty named stash as it's just not worth it.

I like to thank everyone who has posted on this as in the last hour there has been alot of feed back which i enjoy, getting to hear about other players experiences and interactions, i think its very neat and I just wanted to extend thanks for sharing insight into your experiences.

Now, SWARM rats on the other hand? seem buggy as ♥♥♥♥ in general on top of increasing the "♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ tabletop GM" vibes. "right I dump 5 hand grenades onto them oh look at that somehow most of them survived even though I sprinted away to lead the toss so it detonates right in the middle of them."

"Just run idiot-oh no they followed you up a ladder somehow, have followed you home, and are now eviscerating a town oh god" yeah a lot of things I stop to kill to reduce the amount of even worse jank that happens if you DON'T stop to murder things.

No flame at all but there is a underhand option to throw nades with right click on PC. I usually do this as they are hot on my heels and blow up most of the hoard, to then tap the last remaining few. That might just be a me thing however that is the most consistent way ive found out about killing the rat swarms.

Hip firing without the laser attachment is really inconsistent, if you can afford it Id recommend it. Almost all of my SMG's and Shotguns have that attachement for that specific reason because the rats are dumb in alot of cases.

thats really interesting, like ive said before in other posts i am running a version of the game with mods, that probably alleviate your specific issues, but for me they take literally one 5.56 round to take down. I'd like to hear more about your experience because i genuinely find it interesting

The Psy Dogs have been patched apparently. I haven't run into one myself yet but previously they were insanely annoying.

Thats the way to do it imo. i feel like its intended with how many nades you're given honestly.

Worst is hands down both a Pseudogaint (the ground pound specifically), and more than 2 Bloodsuckers. The fact they can individually roar and stun you while the others come in for free swipes really sucks, since there's NOTHING a player can do to mitigate/ avoid this, unless you're cheesing them by standing on something high enough.

I think the bloodsucker roar should absolutely be looked into, it's completely insane to be rocked be a bloodsucker stun to then be 3 hit Killed while still in the animation to get up is absurd.
