Locked inside Malachite
I just got the collar form the swamp area, and went back to the Sardovsk and fast traveled to Malachite to get the one at the brain scorcher, but now I'm locked inside the facility?? NONE of the doors to the outside are unlocked.

Is this supposed to be this way? I tied talking to everyone, they all seem cool with me, things have changed the supply lady is now in charge, the doctor is think about joining the ward....blah blah.

HOW do you get out of this place?

There is a sewer entrance. Its a door to the right of the elevator on the ground floor

OH man! thank you!

I finally found it, that door was locked before if I remember correctly, but I went out that way and now the head chick put the base in "temporary" lock-down....

Not to mention they tried to kill me.

It's strange I can fast travel there, sleep, eat and sell there, and they when I try to leave...they try to kill me...

lol, oh well, Yanov is still friendly.
