Can I sell the PDAs or am I going to miss out on stuff?
When I find a PDA, there is something popping up from it but after this one info, can I sell them or is their new stuff coming in on them, with time passing?

For example, I have Chefs and Hamsters PDA. Hamsters PDA has a chat on it and the description for it says something about it being busy all the time.

So I am just wondering, does it make sense to keep them or can I sell them to avoid dead weight?

You should still be able to sell the quest related ones. I'm stuck with a few because I can't finish the quests or there's no point in doing them. Just taking up space.
