Stalker 1.1.1 patch weights 127 GB?

I just checked install folder and it shows that it weights ~150 GB, and i can now see that patch is downloading 127GB of data... does this means... 287 GB in total, or this is some bug that it re-downloads the whole game? dont want to have stalker 2 x 2 in my SSD, any ideas?

The install size is the same after the patch, but I heard it does require some extra space to install. Not sure how much though.

Shouldn't be the case. 1.1.2 was like 11 gb for me. You're seeing 127 coz it's downloading every update files at once after the checksum

just uninstall the game and redownload it, its much faster then downloading the patch and updating existing files, You won't lose your game settings or gamesaves the system will still have them
