Missions are not clearing once finished

I have 3 missions , 1 with Sidorivich in the rookie city, 1 with the Hera in Duty , and 1 with the Barkeep in Freedom , i complete the mission go back and get the reward but the mission never transfers from active to completed in my PDA so now i never get an more quests from any of these NPC in these cities ?

Yes, this is a bug from before patch 1.1. I have two such missions in my journal, one from STC Malachite (for Needle) and one from Rostock (for barkeep). Luckily, Rostock faction reputation can be gained by killing bandits so I eventually got it to green. I was not able to find any way to reverse this. You can probably use console mod and commands to close those quests but I believe quest givers would still not give you new quests.

If you are saying that this still happens post-patch 1.1 it is just sad such bugs are in the game after 4 patches and nearly month after release.

i just want to get more missions with all the factions and yes the Barkeep 1 happened after the patch.

it did to me too, I thought it was momentarily, but nope still not having any new mission from the rostok barkeep. Also the drunk guy's position in the barkeep is annoying, i cant get in to the barkeep.
