Ignore the advice of clearing caches and whatnot. it may or may not work.
Bypassing the shader compilation is achieved with a mod, i.e.:
https://www.nexusmods.com/stalker2heartofchornobyl/mods/97

or

https://www.nexusmods.com/stalker2heartofchornobyl/mods/304?tab=files

Also, if you take a look at the forum you'll see there's ton of people with the same issue. clearing cache works for nVidia, doesn't work for AMD.

The Marathon Compiling Shaders is out of hand. 15 mins and not halfway.

Please fix the issue on AMD . Thank you

It’s not an AMD issue. Today I launched Stalker four times: twice it loaded incredibly fast, and twice it got stuck during shader compilation. When it runs, it runs lightning-fast, but when it stops… that’s it. Totally random.

Same issue here, things I have tried:
- deleting shader-cache via windows settings
- deleting shader-cache in the adrenaline software (AMD)
- verifying game files
- restarting my computer
- deleted / removed all mods

I am now reinstalling the game. Lets hope this will fix it

AMD? Then it won't. disable the shader compilation (mod or engine.ini)

I use an AMD graphics card, and this solution worked for me:

1. Press the Windows key + I to open Settings and navigate to System > Storage > Temporary files.
2. Check the box for DirectX Shader Cache and remove it.
3. Restart your PC.

If the game crashes or gets stuck at Compiling Shaders, try launching it again. It worked for me on the third attempt. I hope this helps.
