Bypassing the shader compilation is achieved with a mod, i.e.:
https://www.nexusmods.com/stalker2heartofchornobyl/mods/97
or
https://www.nexusmods.com/stalker2heartofchornobyl/mods/304?tab=files
Also, if you take a look at the forum you'll see there's ton of people with the same issue. clearing cache works for nVidia, doesn't work for AMD.
Please fix the issue on AMD . Thank you
- deleting shader-cache via windows settings
- deleting shader-cache in the adrenaline software (AMD)
- verifying game files
- restarting my computer
- deleted / removed all mods
I am now reinstalling the game. Lets hope this will fix it
1. Press the Windows key + I to open Settings and navigate to System > Storage > Temporary files.
2. Check the box for DirectX Shader Cache and remove it.
3. Restart your PC.
If the game crashes or gets stuck at Compiling Shaders, try launching it again. It worked for me on the third attempt. I hope this helps.
