Stutter when aiming down the sight after patch 1.1

After todays 1.1. patch every time when aiming down the sight with right mouse button there is some wierd visual stutter. FPS dont drop at all , but it looks like it droppes to 30fps or something until you are fully looking through the scope. I checked and its not V sync or upscaling issue. Does anyone notice something liike that as well after this patch ? and or have any tips how to fix it ? oir is it just bug ?

I noticed this pretty much strait away. The performance is broken after this patch. Check your CPU usage as mine has gone up considerably since this patch.

The fact that barely anyone is mentioning this gives me little hope of it being fixed anytime soon.

I'm not playing it for a while as it's simply not fun to play in this state.

Yeah, had this for a couple weeks now. No frame drop, but a noticeable stutter like jutter to the zoom in when scoping, even with red dots. It's pretty annoying. Wasn't there at launch, but can't remember which version update it started exactly.

I had it before the patch but the patch fixed it for me. Send them an error report using their form.

I've never had this issue until the patch.

It makes the game unplayable as its far too distracting.

It seems to be related to the saves as if I go back to earlier saves its still there but not half as bad.

I have this issue on either XBOX SX and PC saves. It is not 30 FPS. It is more like 8 and it is not an fps issue - it seems it renders by some procedure to do it like it stutters. On old saves - everything works fine till certain moment and then it starts stutter no metter what i do in game. Please fix this guys. Cant play!

Someone has found the cause, it's related to play time, you can set day back to zero on PC by using the CM.

Do some research online and you will get your fix. I'm going to do it today.

There, sort it out. It's easy enough to do as there's instructions by the guy who made the fix

Your stamina won't refill at first so you need to sleep after all the steps are followed including sleeping the first time which is a required step.

I have issue when i have heavy aim like when game was released and low fps, it is like using ball mouse no joke it reacts so slow to changes in direction that game is unplayable! I tried everything NO LUCK!

I've never had this issue. I'm using KB and Mouse, though.
