Do i have to start over?
Alot of people are saying that you have to start over and that you cant play on your "old" save or the save that you had before the patch came. Is it true because it would be a real pain in the ass having to go trough several hours of story proggresion just because your previous save keeps crashing, making it unplayble.
(i did try starting a new save file and i had no crashes upon loading it compared to my save file form before the patch)

Found this on another thread that apperantly they are working on a hotfix for this issue.

Until the devs say this then it's speculation.
For me if it is true that will be the point I give up on the game. 60 hours of my precious time wasted is unforgivable. I will not be an unpaid tester for them. They should be ashamed to release a game in this state.

Able to load up the game and my old saves just fine. though, it took the game a minute or two longer to boot up but it did.

I hope so I regret some of my decisions, mainly killing every killable person i've met so far.

Yeah i kinda have the same feeling if this is true even if i only have about 26 hours of gameplay i dont feel like replaying all those hours just because of that my game keeps crashing.
However have you had this experience of your game crashing?

Starting to think mods are a factor.

No ♥♥♥♥, Sherlock
Mods will absolutely break the game with every patch and possible bricks saves too
