HUG fps drop in pripyat?

anyone else have the same problem? when i hit pripyat im getting 15-20 fps drop in some area's it wasnt like this in any other place's

Yes, I also have the FPS drops.

It (also) has something to do with whether there is some kind of settlement (collection of several NPCs) nearby.
At least I think so.

I can then set the settings as low as I want, it still jerks like crazy.

And my PC with an RXT3090ti and i711700k will hardly be that weak, will it?

Pripyat runs worse than rest of the game after patch 1.0.3. Faust fight was the only place where performance was very choppy. I have lower framerate in Pripyat, it is not massive but you can feel lower fps.

Honestly it not your GPU or CPU but ram getting eaten for dinner memory leaks brothers
