just run and jump aside when you hear it

you have to look and move away from where you were going to be.

personally, there's nothing worth spending your time on these.

I read these flashes are being attracted to the artifacts you are wearing on your belt. Remove them from the belt and it should not track you. But I didn't try it myself.

It attacks only on a ground level from my experience. Should be save on a roof etc

This. If you can get both feet up off the ground, the poppers they won't pop.

So if it is a place you want to explore (ugh) or a place where you want to retrieve something (ok, but still, ugh), quickly jump up on top of something, and then stop and from that position try to scope out where you want to go and how you are going to get their. Ideally, thru a 100% jumping route.

Unless you are really sure there is something there that you want, I'd advise just leaving and then patting yourself on the back for being smart.

keep moving, do not stand still and evade the moment you see it, it's trying to track where you're about to go. your bolts will help you line out what the range of coverage the anomaly will be around, but it will NOT help you reset it.

its a thermal anomaly, so you can use thermal artifacts to blunt the damage (its still gonna obliterate your gear though). But dodging its spawns is the best way to avoid it.

I found out that if you have at least 5 fps then the anomaly has a delay of 15 seconds and lags behind so you can just run straight through it

It's just about reaction. If you walk slowly you will have enough time to change the direction you move in. These white explosions appear in a set interval and in front of you movement trajectory.

Think of it like a flash grenade that also damages you. Play it like any other FPS and Immediately turn and run in a new direction and keep running till you get out of it's area of effect because they will keep spawning.

flashes will still chase you, the things you've described are about roaming electra anomalies
