Thanks for your comment, I tried to adjust the sounds of the game, (in particular the sound range) but did not get any difference between full medium and low, I also use mono sound so as not to miss any sounds, but still feel the world is too quiet. If it's not difficult for you, share your sound settings please, maybe I missed something or it will help someone else.
My settings are with full dynamic range, and with mono disabled, using headphones preset. Installed to my nvme so also no issues from that side of weird things which can lead to audio going missing.
Thank you, I'll try to remove the mono sound, as for the darkness, if I understood correctly, you mean the memory drive, I also have the game installed on an nmve ssd.
I second this, sound in this game is awesome, playing with Logitech X Pro 2.
I use a Beyerdynamic DT 900 pro x headphone, Creative soundblaster EA-7 soundcard. In game headphone full dynamic range. I upload now a video with so u can hear en see some performance and settings.
I use it, but my headphones and speakers are very cheap, maybe that's really the point, although I haven't experienced any problems in other games (or maybe I didn't pay attention).
Thank you, but maybe you misunderstood me, I hear a thunderstorm, I hear gunshots, but I'm talking about the sounds of the zone that were shown in the trailers. That they are almost not in the game, in fact, I understand that the sound may overlap in trailers, but in previous parts the howling of monsters, barking dogs, cawing, etc. sounded much more often.
Maybe it's just bugged for you for some reason?
My "budget" speakers are: Creative T60 (80 eur/usd)
And my "budget" earphones are: Razer Hammerhead True Wireless X (1st gen - 80 eur/usd)
I could especially recommend the earphones, they are quite thick and provide a great bass compared to the first airpods and also sound clearer in general. (I don't like in-ears btw)
I hope you find the problem OP, as the ambient environmental sounds are really immersive. I've only had 2 audio glitches in over 40 hours of gameplay.
