I'm playing @ 3840 x 1600 and my 5080 is @ 99% usage with a 9800X3D.
Nvidia cards in the 5000 series are missing ROPs. Nvidia says the performance loss in average is 4%. Tests made of independed testers are saying 10-15% loss of performance.

Btw - this has nothing to do with the missing ROPs. Although the cards with missing ROPs have less power, they can still be used to 100% of their capacity in the sensors. In practice, they reach this 100% earlier than the GPU with all ROPs.
