Where do I use "Key"? (fairly modern key for a door or decent padlock)

I am late game, and want to get rid of my quest items in my inventory. I have two of these "Key"s which has the description: "A fairly modern key, probably for a door or decent padlock". I keep googling with no answers. Same goes for "Old Key" with desc: "A massive old key, probably for some old-timey lock" and "Solder's key"

Could anybody give me some inspiration as to where I can use these?

I was left with 1 key at the end of my first playtrough, never found the door.
I think the old key is for the basment of the detencion center and you need to open 2 doors with it.

Already solved this one. It requires two keys found in the detention center, one in an desk drawer in reception and the other in the basement. Just have these bland, unremarkable ass keys left which I have no clue what to do with anymore. I heard somewhere something about a locked door in the base at Garbage, I'll check it out now
