I`ve reset settings, then reinstal. How to fix it?

Thats weird... never seen that happen.
Mouse behaves normal everywhere else?

I am not on a computer with this game but i would again uninstall the game, delete the folder of Stalker2 under Users>"your name">appdata>local or atleast look for a Configuration Settings file there for the mouse etc.
