Loot with High-Capacity AR416 System Magazine is missing
The loot that is supposed to contain the upgrade is just not where it is supposed to be.

I am much further story-wise. I have been at Jupiter already and came back to clean the map before finishing the story.

Why is the loot not there for me? Was it similar to anybody else?

i don't know if it changed in 1.2, but in my playthrough I found the drum mag for AR416 in Cordon, at the broken rail bridge, in a stash on the train.
