installing blueprints

how do you install blueprints? and why do they not show up in my inventory when i find them? the only one i have in my inventory is the one from nestor but i dont know what i am supposed to do with them.

They just become available at the Technicians once you find them. Also, not all Techs can do things. Sometimes you need a Tech in later game areas.

You have to use late game techs for that, Yaniv Station or Pripyat

You can ignore the description on Nestor's Flashdrive and just sell it. It does nothing.

Yeah. Once you grab it, it just makes it available at w/e tech is able to do it. You don't see it in your bag, or have to give it to them or anything.

Some people have said there are bugs though, and not all the ones you collect end up at the techs. I personally haven't noticed any problems, but it's not easy to track what you picked up either, unless you like taking notes while you play video games. They should've added a history of what you picked up in the PDA.

Especially since OP is being sort of mislead by the item's description. It says it contains a weapon blueprint, but it does not.

I think players are just taking out thier aggression on waiting for fixes, the 1.1.4 patch is only 2 weeks old and already has almost 1700 comments on it

I hope they add a list to your PDA with the Bleuprints you found, because i know for sure i got atleast 1 for a Weapon i carried but at the Technician it said i did not have the bleuprint.
Rechecked using a map and on youtube to see if i really found it and i did but no show.

Is it one of the sniper rifle upgrades? I know there are 1 or 2 that cannot be upgraded right now.

This is a quest item and can be sold like a PDA or a document/note.
