The problem is I reach the point when the game randomly freeze after 2-5 minutes of loading last save... So, I definitly not that lucky-one

Exactly my case at Rostok.
Sad but true. Stalker never changes. Great art and atmosphere. Poor human npc ai and balance. And, what's worse, technical problems
You can try what I did before this patch to combat the leak. If you have Nvidia, change CUDA Sysmem Fallback Policy to Prefer No Sysmem Fallback, in the Nvidia Control Panel. That seemed to keep me from having the leak in Rostok, at least for a couple hours compared to like after 20 minutes or too much vending.
Since 1.1.4 Rostok is ok but now the game falls over several times during loading/shader comp (insufficient video memory for rendering) THEN crashes 4/5 times during approx 90 minutes of playtime (when it runs).
Almost killed it for me after 150 hours plus of 'reasonably' stable performance on a pretty decent rig.
Love the title but the og jank is a bit irritating (to say the least) at present
I still can't get my game to go over 8 gb's of system memory and/or 8 gb's of VRAM used, before or after any patches in Rostok or anywhere else in the game for that matter and I use a Ryzen 5950x and a 2080 Ti and 64 gb's of RAM.
