Best graphics mod(s) available?

I'm currently using Shauns quality extreme but was wondering if there was something better?

I also remember a while ago i saw a video about sircas place with full reflection does this mod also give that or is that something else?

I'm running it 4k dlaa fg epic

What do u mean no? I had DLAA 4K, now i get TSR ultra quality ingame options... i want my DLAA back it looked nicer than whatever this temporal aa is..

Also the hit to fps is no where near worth it imo, shauns .ini > this, besides i'm running ultra+

Its okay but I've heard the last version has some problems with shadows and doesnt work with newest Nvidia driver well

Doesn't work well as in the fps drops by almost half compared to vanilla 4k dlaa? My 4090 struggels lol.
