I did a quest for a Warden, and I thought he'd give me the suit.
Noooo, he wants 40,000k for the damn thing, which is absurd.

How the heck am I supposed to get this cyka blyat his money, there ain't that much cash in the swamps, the jobs pay like 4,000 at most each and gear maintenance eats most of that per run.

It seems as if the only way they "balanced" the economy was to just make everything sell for very little, especially with wear on it, and cost a lot because they're in good condition. Sprinkle in repair costs. Make most missions pay crappy. Bam, tough "survival" economy.

My eletronics professor (back in uni) would have failed me out of the class in a second if at any point I said that 40k is equivalent 40,000k.

"k" is just a way of saying "*10^3" and you can put in front of whatever number you like, it'll still be correct as long as you factor that in. Although there is no such thing as 40kk, you can definitelly use 40000k.

I think you might be mistaking that for Koupons though, which I wouldn't even blame you there if that was the case.

or just set to rookie mode for selling/buying/repair/upgrade, and set back to veteran for combat its what I do

There are more suits than u never need laying around. I remember the ones on Swamp area best.

Artifact runs for money, there are 5 spots to farm in Lesser Zone alone, more than enough for the start.
2 spots very close to chem plant...

Hawk behind code in railstation N side of swamps, Sunrise in middle where the satellite mission is.

True, I was just burning throuh armors I found on the way, if I really liked some I repaired once or twice.
You could theoretically do the same even with exos, found alresdy 2 and not even in Pripyat.
Though those lead container upgrades are more expensive each than repair in Rookie or so..

funny you mention that, I just started rotating my gear from the ultra good fun stuff to the less good stuff thats still sitting in my stash, so as to keep wear and tear lower.

Now that I actually have better artifact detectors than an Echo, I should head back to the lesser zone and load up on cash, while using trash guns and the Sunrise suit i found.

Also, I'm playin on max difficulty only and apparently that makes the costs funky.
