Babay gone away
So i got the quest to ice Zakhar Babay but when I return to the Slag Heap, he is not there. And the map says he's down in the Rookie Villiage, not Slag Heap. I went down to the map marker, and he is not there.

I really want to do that quest, but uh, I'm not really sure how now.

I had to reload a save to get him back, weird bug

And killing him doesn't give a next stage like "Find x for reward" just leaves it hanging

And if I kill him after taking Babay's cash for the escort, it doesn't check the box as killing him for some reason.

He evidently climbs the roof and dies in an emission. I can’t complete the mission because he died.
