Also, you can save money on leaded-upgrades on gear.
Just buy extra slots (no leaded containers required,) and slap on all of your fav defensive artifacts.
Shooting with drunk-effect is not as bad as it seems. In fact, accuracy isn't really affected at all, but the most annoying part for me anyway is the vibrant HDR-like effect enhanced on my HDR monitor.
Good news is, you get extra weight too, and can haul back tons of gear after completing your adventures to sell back to vendors.
Its really a WinWin to get your coupons up/hoard money early, mid to late game.
I also think it's still awesome to equip when I want to haul back stuff and have no hercules back. I will keep using the Liquid Rock until I overweight.
Thanks for the advices. I genuinely think this is a very good idea as an artifact.
The drunk effect is not too bad to cope with once you get used to it. And if you make sensible use of temporary stashes like safes and backpacks, you only really need to use it when you are returning to a base to sell loot.
And all that's not even considering the OP anti-radiation effect it currently has.
I've been posting this link around a lot latelly and it has been circling around since last year, you'd think all it contains would be pretty common knowledge by now regardless but seems not.
There's an artifact tab in that spreadsheet, weird water is at the very bottom, line 86.
Anti radiation is indeed OP, drunk effect is easy to get used to and with the cost of repairs later game, it's either hauling stuff using it or installing mods
