Finished the whole game without finding a grenade launcher

First of all, what a game. I did enjoy it's charm despite being frustrating AF at times (in terms of bugs and sometimes gameplay). But I never found a grenade/rocket launcher.. seriously where are they? lol. Finished the game in about 60 hours. I had a couple guns with an ability for some sort of grenade launcher mode but couldn't find blueprints for it.

you can get grenade launcher attachments for certain guns, they aren't blueprints they are seperate addons for weapons at traders or can be found hidden around the map

then you can use VOG Grenades, the Trader at the Red Forest sells them

Depends on gun type but you have the VOG launcher for the AK-74S, the GROM S-14/S-15 come with them equipped and you get a M203 launcher for the GK47 / Kharad (excuse if got the gun types slightly wrong).
You can also find them in some of the stashes around, usually the ones that require a bit of thinking/puzzle solving on how to get to the stash.
You can get both fairly early if you have good relations with Freedom &/or Duty - or the Red Forest Trader.

Well, theres a RPG in the Clear Sky base, but yea i'm almost 100h into a save and never stood up to a underbarrel grenade launcher too

There are no standalone-grenade launchers like the Bulldog in Stalker 2. You can find the RPG-7, M203 and GP-25 (both for underbarrel mounting).

In my opinion the implementation of the under barrel grenade launchers is bad in this game. You have to press B for several seconds before the weapon switch to the grenade launcher (it was done the same way on the xbox) and if you open your PDA you are back to the regular firemode and have to push B again to get back to grenade mode.

There are afaik no grenalde launcher like in Clear Sky (6 shot) but underbarrel mods for many ARs, explore to find the blueprints or get some unique one with one attached, lategame there were many.

Rocket launcher locations:
- clear sky swamp base, near mainquest objective in a locked building
- moontide base armory after Sircaa mission
- some random point of interest cellar in the middle of nowhere (can't remember)

The Grom S14 has one default, and on a lot of others you can mound a underbarrel granade launcher, and there are RPG launchers.
There is no way you finished the game and did not find atleast a few.

There's an RPG launcher, and rockets, in the Red Forest, in a dug-out bunker, near an underground complex, look for the bridge and the dug-in tanks all around. But bring plenty of psi-blockers... The bunker is full of Zombies, so follow the screams... and the erm, music.
