that depends what settings you plan to run in game and if you have FSR3 Framegen on or Off, if FSR3 framegen is on ya should be able to do max detail

I have no idea what is FSR3 framegen, the reasons why I posted is to get opinions from people that run similar setup to mine along with 1080p monitor to chime in whats their FPS on low, mid and high settings

Can run the game but at maybe medium 1080p might get 40-60 fps? Otherwise you might run out of vram. Turn hair to low. 4060 ti gets about 60-80 fps at 1080p. Some areas are heavy and if you run out of vram you'll get low frame rates. Might be videos testing a nvidia 2070 in stalker 2.

Play at medium preset, max out the fog setting. Should get around 45-65FPS. (my system is pretty similar to yours, but with a better CPU and a 1440p monitor)
Thanks for all that chime in, this is me asking for curiosity sake before i decide on purchasing the game. I'm gonna extend the life of the motherboard by upgrading to 5700x3d and 7900 GRE, I know with the upgraded setup I will be able to play it at high on 1080P.

Interesting enough Metro Exodus I was maxing it out and I was getting 70-90FPS, looks like this game engine is much more demanding

Turn on Frame Generation in the game's graphics option for fps boost.

You're likely to get around 60fps with that. I recommend against frame gen, as it tends to produce significant input lag. (when I tried it, it felt like what you would expect from using remote desktop to try to play the game on a computer in Russia)

a 5 second 'google search' could have answered that for you.
I would just upgrade the AMD 5700XT 8GB and leave the CPU alone, just make sure you set "CPU Ratio Mode" to "All Core's"
Game was a crash fest wen i had it on "Per CCX"
XMP Profile, Above 4G Encoding, Resizable Bar Enabled is a must.

I think thats also a problem with most X3D CPU's, as only one CCX has the X3D Cache.
I also think that only the X470 and X570 motherbords support 5000X3D, but not sure about that.

I got 2 systems running this game fine:

AMD R7 3700X, AMD X570, RX 6700XT 12GB, 16GB RAM, M.2 SSD's on Windows 10.
Runs around 60FPS @1080p with everything on Epic, Upscaling, Frame Gen, and Sharpning disabled.

AMD R9 7900X, AMD X670E, RX 7900XTX 24GB, 32GB RAM (EXPO), M.2 SSD's on Windows 10 with the same settings also around 60FPS @4K.
There's optimization guides in the forums guide section. You can run the game using the custom settings but it might not look very good relative to changing regularly available settings.

There's also mods to improve the games performance.

I have the MSI B450 tomahawk max mobo, it will support the 5700x3d with bios flash and as far as I know all the 6 and 8 cores CPU's have their own x3d cache per core but the 12 cores and above do not.
