Wishful Thinking Quest bug
I encountered an error that prevented me from progressing in the game. I saw the solutions to the titles that were opened, but I play the game via geforce now. I can't solve my problem with the mod. I hope this problem will be solved with a patch as soon as possible. Dr. Dalin is not where it should be.

its a problem with the storyline script system, many players are getting stuck on different missions or things not spawning correctly, my current playthrough I can't get past a locked door at the second duga battle (ward playthrough)

Reload an old save before you have entered SIRCAA and make sure you have ZERO side quests active. Worked like a charm for me. Something happens after the quest that conflicts with the side quests and the game just has a stroke instead of simply canceling the quest. Hope this helps!

I replayed the recording from just before the conflict, but it didn't work. Unfortunately, I have a side mission to deliver artifacts. I'm too lazy to replay those parts from the beginning. I think I'll wait for the patch, I hope they fix it

Submit a bug report, or the devs won't be aware of your particular issue.

They may already be aware of this, but it helps to collate data from multiple sources, using different hardware/software.
