Diamond Exoskeleton & Sprint... Where is the blueprint?
I see a blueprint for the Breunner Exo Servos but not for the Diamond exoskeleton. So I thought maybe the Prypiat tech could just upgrade me for straight coupons but it says I need sewn in pockets, but I DID add sewn in pockets.... I don't get it. Any help is appreciated.

It could be a bug. One of the whole things about the diamond exo is that it doesn't need any blueprints to fully upgrade. And Harpy will do all of them aswell. On my 2nd playthrough I literally made a point to run straight from lesser zone to pripyat so I could get that suit basically from the beginning.

I've said this on another thread about this suit. Diamond exo has no blueprints. Can fully upgrade without any hunting. If you cant upgrade it, its a bug.

Also, make sure it's repaired. I've noticed if something isn't at a decent %, it doesn't show, or count, the installed upgrades

Turns out it was a bug. I had to cajole the upgrade by clicking again and again. And then it worked. How ridiculous!
