how do you see your unlocked blueprints?
I just picked up something from a roof in rookie village, I saw it was a blueprint but not sure what kind.

Go to a tech and you will have a Yellow New Highlight in one of the upgrade bubbles for the item the blueprint goes too, it would have to be a late game tech too in yaniv station cause the earlier techs can't do those upgrades

Or open your PDA and click on the Upgrade tab. I think it appears there also.
