Question about armor
is is better to run in the whole suit, or with the separate mask and the suit?

It's best with a fully upgraded diamond exoskeleton :steamhappy:

Nice question. since the game does not have general statistics on protection against abnormal influences.

it's the same with artifacts.
apparently it's part of the gameplay of all stalkers.
you put something on and don't know anything.
It depends on what armors and masks you own, and what sort of protection you need.

but does it stacks with one another?

In general I think you should go with a closed system suit, either Seva, Falcon or Exo.

I think physical is the most valuable protection playing Stalker 2, but you need all types. Closed system suits will usually have good psi, radiation and the rest.

So the closed system suits with the best physical are the top options. I like going Seva-I > Falcon > Diamond Exo

OP selected my reply as the answer but it's only my assumption. This has come up a few times here and I don't know that a definitive answer has been reached. But I'm confident this is how it worked in previous Stalker games and believe it does in Stalker 2 as well.

still debated everywhere, noone knows for sure, read once that anomaly resistances would stack while physical would not
