Mission is not spawning a Controller
In the quest "Shift Change" i am supposed to fight through a basement of zombiefied guys, then enter a huge room with few guys, get a task to kill the controller, yet i can't find the bugger. Could the game be refusing to spawn one?

I had that exact issue on my current ward playthrough, when I did that mission on stalker side it worked correctly

it doesn't hurt the story though, only the controller mission icon is stuck on the map

I literally just did that mission, on my second playthrough. First playthrough it spawned. This time, it did not.
