Do people know about Stalker anomaly/ gamma mod?

Stalker gamma is superior compared to this mess and a lot of people probably never heard of it ... and its completely free ( worth the support tho)
I hope they will do the same with Stalker 2 and fix it with mods , it really requires a LOT of fix.

EDIT : if you are just a simple player with no knowledge in Game industry, you can leave. There is a difference between create a game, and tweak/fix a game after released with modds ;)

More to what? Every GAMMA thread in this forum makes the exact same false comparison. You compare a mod to a mod, not to a game. In this case CoP, which indeed is infinitely better than this buggy pile of disappointments.

Oh ♥♥♥♥, randon guys made mods to the game for free for 15 years, and for 15 years devs made the game and oh noo 15 fps cutsnece made by professionals, 5 days after modders "fixed" the game for free again.

"Modders" literally just made some ini tweaks and the game runs better... question is , why the devs don't know anything about optimization ? UE5 here , UE5 there ... is it really hard to fix memory leak after almost 2 month of releasing the game?

The game is a mess, ♥♥♥♥ it self just for playing the game, i get softlocked and had to download mods just to fix the game that"s "done" full price not working game

Stalker Gamma is utterly dependent on the foundation that GSC made. No Stalker games, no Anomaly, no Gamma and other addons.

Credit where it's due. And yeah, I love Anomaly. I even have a mod patch on ModDB up for it.

STALKER 2 started being made in 2018. Facts matter.

Go play Gamma instead.

Not much different than how Gamma plays when you consider Stalker 2's map limitations. The only difference is loading into the new area. The big difference is the complete lack of A-Life. It's such a huge aspect that is missing that S2 for many isn't even a sequel without it. More like a Stalker clone. Much like what we called every space game that tried to do what Elite did in the '80s. And even ED couldn't match what it's OG title did.... with it's persistence.... Which is the same thing missing in S2.
