Jager the Duty guide disappears if you go to cooling tower

Hi, I'm the same guy posting reddit week ago about father Valerian mysteriously dies at Duty base.
I recently notice that guide from duty is also missing, like disappeared without a hint.
When I roll back saves, apparently if you advance to deeper in to cooling tower he tents disappears looks like...
Also, after I set my foot in cooling tower I getting duty base attack by Monolith squad too.

Like, is this is a glitch or do I missing something here?
There's no side quest regarding to Jager does it?
I really kinda want to know what the hell is going here too.

Man, Duty is mess in this game.
I got side quest marker in middle of bandit camp and apparently you get one from duty guy in that bandit camp but he won't respond either.
I think this guy is same guy who's moaning for his friends who died at the CNPP disaster near building full of psi anomaly.

Also, these duty guys in general won't stands a chance against mutants and monolith squad. Its so freaking bad....
