BSOD when playing
I often encounter a Blue Screen every few couple of hours of playing which results in my computer fully rebootingg, I cant really see what the error message is as it goes by too quick. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Normally software shouldn't be able to cause BSOD. It is either problem with some driver (in case with the game the most likely suspect is video driver), or some hardware problem (CPU or GPU overheating?).
Up to date drivers, and all, this is the only game I experience this issue with. And no overheating is not an issue

BSOD/restarts should only happen if its a hardware problem/bad drivers
Windows should save crash dumps somewhere, even if you can't see error message. But you will probably need some software to open dump file. Then you can get an idea what driver is causing BSOD.
I only saw maybe 1-2 topics on this forum about BSOD. This is not a common issue.
I'm betting something is overheating and that's what's causing your BSOD.
Sounds like overheating or faulty system component. Even a corrupted Windows install.

I had this once. Ran a Memtest86 and found that I had one faulty RAM stick. Had to RMA my ram.

Also run the SFC /scannow command via command prompt. Make sure you launch command prompt as administrator.
I doubt its overheating as my computer cooling is really good. not to mention i live in a cold place. Keep in mind this is the only game I have this issue with. And there has been cases where an unstable game can blue screen a computer, And I wouldnt put it beyond this game to do that considering how unstable it is at the moment.

Will give it a go thx!
Update, ran the cmd for scannow, It did find corrupted files and repaired them.
I will test the game tomorrow to see if that did anything.

Will also run memtest86 tomorrow aswell to check if my RAM has become faullty.

If issue persists and no issues are found with RAM i will try to reinstall the GPU drivers completely and see if that did anything, I have experienced that faulty driver installs can BSOD my computer. This is my troubleshooting plans, hopefully this discussion thread will help resolve this strange obscure crash.

Good night for now <3

Use DDU to do a clean uninstall of your GPU drivers.
Ran memtest, RAM is not the isuse passed perfectly every test with no errors after several hours.

Im suspecting it might be the GPU driver as I also noticed the same type of crash on Warhammer 3 Total War too, so the issue is not strictly with Stalker 2 either.

Gonna do a full sweep reinstall with DDU when I can be bothered, If that does not work I will try looking into possibly reinstalling Windows 10 (again).
Update; It was indeed overheating issues aswell, so I was wrong there.
Used HWMonitor to check the temps at it peaked at 102 degrees celcius, (hotspot) Amazing that the GPU didnt die. I've applied new cooling paste on the GPU so its back onn to respectable temps again.

However im still crashing and getitng Kernel 41 errors now so I will have to look into that.
Gonna try and do a full GPU driver reinstall and cleanup with DDU. If that fails reinstall Windows 10 if issue still persists at that point im guessing the PSU might be going bad aswell as the GPU (could be partially cooked) but it runs just fine. Dont know yet. so Stalker 2 isnt the issue just my system being crap.

Im also running a slight overclock on my CPU so will also try turning that down back to defaults.

Boi that is hot lol. You don't want to go over 90 in most cases. Even for CPUs with higher maximum temps.
Correction not CPU, GPU, changed the cooling paste on that. The CPU temps are fine.
