Anyone wanting a fix for low FPS and frame drops DO THIS!!!

I have spent the best part of 3 days getting my game to run how it should

RTX 3070TI
I7 9700K
32GB RAM

1. download DLSS Updater from Github the one by Recol

2. download the lastest version of DLSS from techpowerup should be (3.8.10)

3. put this file into your DLSS Updater folder (\DLSS UPDATER\_internal\latest_dll)

4.start the DLSS-Updater.exe and follow the steps i.e add you game folder and start the process.

5. go on nexus mods and install the Framerate FPS Fix Ultimate Engine.ini (by LongerBeard) this will have steps on how to add

7.go on nexus mods and install the Optimized Tweaks S.2 - Improved Performance Reduced Stutter Lower Latency Better Frametimes ~UltraPlus_FSR3-FG_P

8.go nexus install and install Ultra Plus - Control Performance - 30 FPS Cut-scene Unlock - Highest Visuals - Ray Reconstruction - Reflex

9.play and enjoy

i have a ton of other mods but only for QOL all working perfect as should

i am currently running everything on epic apart from hair which i keep on medium

overall visuals are not as good but the difference it has made for me is night and day and so much more playable

i'm sitting at around 140fps in the towns now

mission blockers are so frustrating, last 4 runs has ended with mission blockers 3 doors locked and scar not where he is meant to be

DLSS FG, so 70FPS+ DLSS "frames"?

I disabled GPU scheduling in W10 and my fps went from 25 in Rostok to 40-45 on 3080Ti

i get around 60 to 70 fps without FG
