SIRCAA graphics and textures

The game runs fine for me and looks lovely (as much as a brown and grey radioactive landscape can look lovely).
I'm running an i7 and an RTX3070. So midrange, I guess.

However, when I got to SIRCAA, it looked horrible. The light reflections on the floor were horrible, the frame rate died faster than a dog in an anomoly, my gun and bag textures kept vanishing, and the whole thing was generally a graphical mess. I fell through the floor on multiple occasions and fell into an endless void. Something which had never happened out in the zone.

Oh, and lets not talk about how anti-fun that mission chain was.

But once I got back out and into the zone, everything went back to looking great again and the FPS went back to normal.

Did anyone else get SIRCAA specific graphical issues?

I had in one of the rooms where the artifacts are stored white beams going trough the screen, also had this in the hallway where Dalin's office is.
I had this on both playtroughs in the same location.
