Zakhar At Slag Heap is Gone?

Zakhar At slag heap went to the roof and died from radiation. I cannot complete the mission, Deceive the Deceiver now.

Is there anyway to bring him back or is this mission done now?

I also have this issue. Game is still in beta and we paid for early access. I'm waiting for the full release of the game including NV, Binoculars and the absent A-Life being implemented.

I'm having the same issue, he's not in Slag Heap

Should be an easy fix in a future patch, just automatically fail the quest if the NPC dies.
But you can safely ignore it in your quest log, won't cause any issues.
