I have had this crash multiple multiple times since launch, tried every fix i had seen, even went to the lengths of going from Win 11 back to Win 10 and still had multiple crashes.
I remembered Baldur's Gate 3 having a weird bug, where you had to limit your frame rate.
So I tried that, limited frame rate to 60 in the game and got four hours playing Stalker 2 with no crashes.
Granted its only four hours but I do have to sleep.
Played with every thing on epic except : hair, shadows and turned motion blur down.

AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D
AMd RX 7900 XTX
RAM 32.0 GB
WIndows 10 22H2

If you have already suggested this, sorry I didn't see it.
If you try it and it doesn't work for you I'm sorry, I'm only trying to help.

Try turning off Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling. It worked for me. I had to run 60hz before to have any kind of stability and now I can run 120hz again no problem.
