Where is the best place to sell Artifacts?
I'm looking for a place that offers high prices.

The better friends you are with a faction, the better the prices for buying and selling.
Therefore, there is no general answer to your question.

When vendors are white on the map, they buy common artifacts for around 2400K. When green on the map, they buy common artifacts for around 7900K. I would assume the prices are even worse if they are red. This also applies to every other item.

Better rep = better sale prices.
