Lets all please make tech bug reports to the Developers please the more info they have the better please. Thank you. https://support.stalker2.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Roger that - sorry to hear - we are all in the same sad, sad stalker2-less boat.
The more of us make detailed reports to the Devs the faster the fix!
Thank you for confirming
what i have spectated is in Yaniv where you have the mission to go to Prypiat and there is a optional way with the Scanner behind the Tornado anomalie through a breakthroug in the floor.
once you done it and you go back to Yaniv and try to go through the same one underground tunel to prypiat - there you u find thounds of rats spawned in - fps dropping to 5-10 fps from 120+
and also in the mission "down below" the last final mission there is some point in the mission where you go through a door and there are 2 or 3 wooden boxes filled with hundreds of meat cans wich you can loot.
my fps is from the beginning of this mission so bad compared to the rest of the game.
when i reach this point on this mission and i pick up all cans of meat and put them in one corps my fps performance is coming back to stable.
so there is for sure at some point of the game items and ai (the rats) spawning in big numbers at once what eats the performance
I have not been to Yaniv yet and for me its definitely triggered by in-game timer rolling over 3d49min
done and done
I just tested this with a save I had before the microstutter started in my game. Playtime was at 3d44m right before a cutscene in "Subtle Matter" and aiming/zooming is normal.
I entered the cutscene and fast-forwarded through it which only took about 30 seconds. I immediately made another hard save and playtime now shows 3d52m (it advanced 8 minutes!) and now the microstutter is present when aiming any gun or zooming in and out.
So it looks like this is indeed the cause of it. I submitted a report and my save files to the devs so hopefully they can get it sorted soon.
