How do I get into Camp Icarus without a warden badge?

I read on the internet that there are three warden camps. Does that mean I can't get into any of them? How do I get the suit with high psi protection?

Once you do the specific quest that requires you going to a very cool lab and everything going to hell, a few of those warden protected camps become overrun, meaning you can go to them

Wow thanks... I started a new run because I thought the quest was bugged, only to realize now that I can't get in. Lol.
