How to enter the chemical plant?

I can not enter. I dont know why.
And why my vendor icon's at chemical plant are red?

this is ward area and u are now hostile with them

Chemical plant base only available much later in the game after SIRCAA main quest line and Siding with Ward, if side with Spark, no entry
Red means hostile, either you kill ward soldier or siding with spark does this

I think you need to play a specific quest to get entry into the Chemical Plant. Be glad you only can´t enter the place. I am enemy with the Ward and there is a unkillable super-merc with Power Armor in front of the main gate, that shoots slugs from his shotgun with 100% hit accuracy. Spent one hour trying to kill that guy. Wasted four RPG-warheads, maybe 100 shot of shotgun ammo and half my Dragunov-ammo without killing him. Then I checked the internet and yes, he is unkillable and only there to keep you away from the Chemical Plant. ^^

Edit: Not to forget 50 medkits and at least the same amount of bandages.

Yeah, i tried that too. Thats some really bad game design here.
